About the hotel
The Hotel le Chasseur is on the main axis of Illkirch-Graffenstaden that runs the full length of the town. The hotel is also a well-known local restaurant, and its Alsatian charm is found as much in the gourmet menu as in the building itself. It can be reached by car and has a small car park. You can also reach one of the Tram A stops in under 5 minutes on foot, notably at the Cours de l'Illiade stop, in central Illkirch.
Our access tip
On foot, we recommend using Tram A to get around. It lets you cross Illkirch and also reach central Strasbourg in twenty minutes, with no change. By car, we recommend driving to the huge free Baggersee car park, north of Illkirch. From there, you can take Tram A (preferably) or Tram E to reach central Strasbourg. As a reminder, Strasbourg is very much a pedestrian and cycling city.
